Vicki, age 65, passed way Saturday, December 30, 2023.  She shared her musical talent in many ways, by not only singing in the Bay Chorale for many years, but serving as a church organist and choir director in many churches in both Bay City and Saginaw.

She is survived by her husband, Eric Ives; sons, Tim (Michelle) Mahoney of Millington and Shane Mahoney of Bay City; three grandchildren, Korbin French, Nathan Mahoney, and Shane Mahoney Jr.; two brothers, Robert Ahlberg of Bay City, Rick (Darlene) Ahlberg of Essexville; and a niece and nephew, Curtis Ahlberg and Alyssa Ginter; and her father, Richard Ahlberg Sr..  She was predeceased by her mother, Janet Ahlberg in 2007.

A Funeral Service will be held at 4 pm, Friday, January 12, 2024 at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 206 Scheurmann St., Essexville Michigan.  The family will receive friends at church prior to the service from 12 Noon – 4 pm.  In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to the Bay County Women’s Shelter.  To sign online guestbook, visit www.hyattewald.com  Arrangements made with the Hyatt Ewald Funeral Home.
